Paula and I were talking and concluded that we need a back-up plan in case of bad weather - somewhere more roomy than my apartment. I've been checking out neighborhood restaurants, but they all require reservations and deposits. Ideally, we could have someplace that we could go if needed but that would not be a big deal if we didn't. And of course, restaurants wouldn't be happy about us showing up with our own food.
Sadly, I don't belong to any club with its own headquarters. It may be that we'd have to come to my place and call around to see where we could get in.
I'll keep thinking and researching and, in the meantime, let's all pray to the weather gods and cross our fingers for good weather.

ReplyDeleteI'm going to hope for very fine weather all day because I can't think of a back up plan either....I will not wash my car or water my lawn because that always makes it rain...
